This Privacy Policy explains how FLICKER PRODUCT apps handle user information.

This policy applies to JPad, JSlate, JCue, and TinyTone (collectively, the “Apps”).

These apps are designed to work without collecting personal information from users.

These apps do not collect, use, store, or share any personal information.

We do not require user registration, account creation, login, or submission of personal details to use the apps.

2. Location Data

These apps do not obtain, track, collect, store, or share location data.

The apps do not use GPS, precise location, approximate location, or any location-based tracking.

3. Recordings, Audio, Camera, and User Content

These apps do not access, collect, store, upload, or share your recordings, audio content, MIDI data, camera content, photos, videos, or any other shooting content.

Any musical performance, MIDI operation, or app activity remains on your device and is not sent to our servers.

4. Analytics and Tracking

These apps do not use analytics tools, advertising identifiers, tracking technologies, behavioral tracking, or third-party tracking services.

We do not track how users interact with the apps.

5. Third-Party Services

These apps do not use third-party services that collect personal information from users.

We do not share user information with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or external marketing platforms.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some apps may offer in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s App Store.

All payments, subscription management, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing information are handled by Apple.

We do not collect or store your payment information, credit card information, billing address, or Apple ID information.

7. Children’s Privacy

These apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.

Since the apps do not collect personal information, no personal data from children is collected, stored, or shared.

Because these apps do not collect personal information, we do not store personal information on our servers.

Any app settings or user-created data (such as pad sets, presets, cue lists, timer settings, or project data) are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly export or share them (for example via AirDrop or the Files app).

These apps do not sell, rent, trade, disclose, or share personal information with any third party.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

本アプリは、個人情報の収集、利用、保存、共有を一切行いません。

アプリの利用にあたり、ユーザー登録、アカウント作成、ログイン、個人情報の入力は不要です。

2. 位置情報

本アプリは、位置情報の取得、追跡、収集、保存、共有を一切行いません。

GPS、正確な位置情報、おおよその位置情報、その他いかなる位置情報に基づく追跡も使用しません。

3. 録音・音声・カメラ・ユーザーコンテンツ

本アプリは、お客様の録音、音声コンテンツ、MIDI データ、カメラコンテンツ、写真、動画、その他の撮影コンテンツへのアクセス、収集、保存、アップロード、共有を一切行いません。

演奏、MIDI 操作、アプリ内の活動はすべてお客様の端末内に留まり、当社のサーバーには送信されません。

4. 分析・追跡

本アプリは、分析ツール、広告識別子、追跡技術、行動追跡、第三者の追跡サービスを使用しません。

アプリの利用状況を追跡することはありません。

5. 第三者サービス

本アプリは、ユーザーから個人情報を収集する第三者サービスを使用しません。

広告主、分析事業者、データブローカー、外部マーケティングプラットフォームなどとユーザー情報を共有することはありません。

6. アプリ内課金・サブスクリプション

本アプリの一部は、Apple の App Store を通じてアプリ内課金または自動更新サブスクリプションを提供する場合があります。

支払い、サブスクリプションの管理、更新、解約、返金、請求情報はすべて Apple が処理します。

当社は、お客様の支払い情報、クレジットカード情報、請求先住所、Apple ID 情報を収集または保存しません。

7. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは、お子様を含むいかなるユーザーからも、故意に個人情報を収集しません。

個人情報を収集しないため、お子様の個人データが収集・保存・共有されることはありません。

8. データの保存

個人情報を収集しないため、当社のサーバーに個人情報を保存することはありません。

アプリの設定やお客様が作成したデータ（パッドセット、プリセット、キュー一覧、タイマー設定、プロジェクトデータなど）は、お客様が明示的にエクスポートまたは共有しない限り（AirDrop やファイルアプリなど）、端末内にローカル保存されます。

9. データの共有

本アプリは、個人情報を第三者に販売、賃貸、取引、開示、共有することはありません。

10. 本ポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは、必要に応じて更新される場合があります。

変更があった場合は、本ページに新しい「最終更新日」を記載した更新版を掲載します。
